"Everything with my room was great. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good as well."

"Location was good, very convenient, quiet and a ok place to stay , we had an event at the Hollywood bowl , but not a place to stay longer. Room needs an upgrade, elevators were not working, room had a light smoke smell, and the bathroom door was not closing,"

"The check in was quick and easy. The room condition is not good at all. The bathrooms are super dated with a toilet that did not flush well. The bathroom mirror was losing it's mirror on the edges and the door needed to be propped open with the garbage can or else it will get too hot inside. This hotel is not on par with the Best Western standard that I've seen at other hotels. Old style from the 80s. It was nice to have an included breakfast."

"Room was clean but had stains in bathroom, which is extremely small. Refrigerator was slow to get refreshments cold.Parking garage is extremely tight hard to get in and out, definitely wouldn’t recommend a large suv. Staff is very friendly and helpful."

"Das Hotel ist sehr durchschnittlich und etwas veraltet. Das Frühstück war für mich sehr schwach, besonders der Kaffee – das war für mich kein richtiger Kaffee. Ich würde in dieses Hotel nicht zurückkehren. Positiv waren der recht gute Parkplatz und das freundliche Hotelpersonal."
