"Clean room, good location"

"The negatives: Our room's AC did not work more than few hours and the repair person had to come to our room several times to fix it (the AC failed again). We moved to another room once there was a room available to save ourselves from 84 degrees in the room. The room with failing AC was also very dusty and combined with heat, it was definitely less than ideal situation for vacation with family, plus, I did not find it thoughtful when one staff told me to pay extra to change rooms to get a...

"Everything was excellent"

"Really love the decor in the lobby. Had a lovely feel in the courtyard. Beds were very comfortable. Room was a little small but quiet. We really enjoyed the pool area."

"The cleaning person forgot to put clean towels in our room, when we call reception they put us on hold for more than 5 min therefore we went to downstair and ask for towels."

"Multiple plumbing issues. Backed up shower drain, backed up sink and toilet that flushed continually on fist use. Staff were quick to resolve the issues, however, this is not what anyone would expect from the brand or for the price. $30 “destination fee” was a way to extract more money with zero benefit."

"This is a beautiful upscale traditional hotel, with expansive gardens, landscaping and resort feel. Located in a quiet upscale residential neighborhood, it's just three minute or so drive to local shopping, museums (the Huntington, Norton Simon etc.) and other entertainment. The hotel offers several restaurants, including afternoon tea and a lively Bar (the Tap Room) with live music. Staff was friendly and professional. Would definitely return when staying in Pasadena and/or the LA area."

"We needed a place close to the dodgers stadium and this was perfect. It also had an EV charging station which we needed before our drive back home. Parking is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle. Would stay there again, priced just right."

"All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was not being notified verbally to morning breakfast hours, which the food is solid, are different on the weekend compared to the weekdays. I missed Monday morning. The facility is very secure."
