The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a disabled access which was great.
Only negative. No air conditioning, but we asked for a fan and we were given a large fan on a stand, which was sufficient.
Breakfast was fantastic good quality and freshly made."

My only criticism would be that a lot of tables had reserved signs on them but when we asked about them we were told we could use them as they were 'not really' reserved ? It was only in case they needed to use them?"

"Had a great stay the the niu loom hotel - excellent service, staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms were perfect - spotlessly clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good too - have already recommended this hotel to friends since my stay at the weekend and would definitely book here again"
