"Front desk was unattended when we arrived. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in. Toilet was faulty, cistern did not refill after flushing, I had to refill the cistern with the kettle. My partner used the toilet in the foyer. Told front desk that night, they did nothing. When checking out the next day, I told the front desk, said someone will be in touch. Haven't heard a peep. Sent an email. Haven't heard a peep. Terrible customer service."

"We stayed here after watching a show at the Enmore Theatre. All the staff were great and check-in/out was so easy. Honestly, there's a little noise from downstairs but it was quiet after 11pm and we didn't mind because we were getting back late from the show anyway. Super easy walking location to shops, restaurants, the train station (like 10 mins to Central) and the Enmore Theatre."

"Located in a great spot, very short walk to popular places. Staff helpful and friendly. Clean and tidy enough room. Good AC. Bedding looked clean but I did notice a slight smell on some part I couldn’t exactly find. Shared amenities were fine except the bathroom, which didn’t appear that clean and a shower floor combo that users should be careful on. Overall, its a good enough stay, a good price, and in a good spot "

"The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Everything we needed for a short stay was provided like iron and board, hairdryer, coffee/, bottled water, soaps and lotions! Being able to have dinner was a huge plus, the food was good and the staff efficient and friendly! All in all it was a good stay. "
