"Reception was fabulous, new guy I think Shawn. He handed-us the keys for a 3rd floor room. Elevator was broken! I immediately told him there was no way I could walk up three flights of stairs and he immediately changed us to a ground floor room without blinking and I Room: no pillowcases, hand towels washcloths, no coffee supplies. "
