The manager was so good at making sure that we had everything we needed and was helpful with any directions And personal opinions of sites to see. "Beautiful room located in the heart of the walled old city in Dubrovnik, near shops and restaurants, our favorite was Soul Kitchen. Wine garden next door was also excellent. Hosts were a wealth of information on things to see and do. Room was right along a set of stairs that is frequented by tour groups and random tourists walking, had to keep the blinds closed so they couldn't see in and some of them were loud enough to be clearly heard in the room."

It's very walkable, with plenty of restaurant and bars within walking distance, as well as the beach and the seaside promenade trail. The breakfast/dining area could benefit from a bit of a makeover to make a little more quaint and less cafeteria-style. Coffee in the morning is also a bit light, and not very hot.
