"Not quite as good as it used to be. Well located and comfortable bed. But the TV was a nightmare to work, didn't seem to follow any logic and stuck on certain channels more than once. The shower I've commented on before, you have to get in and out of the bath and for older people it is a difficult step. There needs to be a grab handle located to assist this. "The property is in a poor state, the outside doors to the block don’t lock properly, the car park is restricted as they have placed very large storage units in it and there is a lot of litter in the car park. The hallways of the complex stink of cigarettes and cannabis. Someone propped open the fire safety doors and would often prop open the entrance doors causing security and safety issues. "Room was nice and cosy , unfortunately had to leave for work every day to early for breakfast but there were some bits and pieces there if I wanted , plenty of hot water for a bath , bed was nice and comfortable, the only bad thing was someone had been in the room and taken my shampoo and razor the day before I left so could not was my hair or have a shave "
