"Nice place, quiet…besides every time we cooked the smoke detectors wanted to go off LOL"

"The house is located in a very run down area. The grass is overgrown and in desperate need of cutting. The house is old and not clean. The furnishings are old and dirty. Rodent feces were present. Left over food in the refrigerator and the smell was sickening. The bed was terrible…so much so that on the second night we slept on the sofas. TV is antennae only with very limited channels. Luckily we were only staying the 2 nights. This house rates a large zero on my scale. We have pictures to back...

"Excellent property! Owners thought of every thing; there was even a thermometer, pool towels, an outside fridge, and incense. The pool deck was spacious, just needs a power washing."
