"Great stay! Especially loved the warm cookies left at my door for an evening snack. The breakfast was great! All employees really cared."

"Ceiling light burned out or broken, there was a brown stain on the outer sheet. It did not smell but gross to look at. I would have had changes but didn't notice until I had someone bring more towels as we had 2 towels for 4 people initially. Parking was something like $3 for 1 day which isn5' bad but is not free. Breakfast was very good but also not included w/o extra charge. Otherwise things were good, pool was a good temperature (no working hot tub) and the tv and beds were nice. Staff was...

"The bed was perfect!!!! Pillows were definitely comfortable!!!! The staff was always available and took care of the customers and their needs with a smile and was very pleasant!!! Would definitely stay again if i was in the area."

"The entire place wasn't as clean as I expected. First impressions are everything. There were crumbs everywhere because it had not been vacuumed. The furniture and tables have not been dusted for a while."

"Stayed for the weekend for St Patrick's festivities, rooms were clean and renovated. My room was affordable, had a king size bed and a Jacuzzi. Slept like a rock after the festivities and the check in/out times were reasonable. Had an amazing location and unbeatable for the price. Also don't have to go all the way out the building to smoke as the rooms are located on balconies. 10/10 would recommend. "

"My biggest complaint is they dont tell you there's a time limit on your deposit. I have 6 kids and the babysitter needed us earlier than expected so I forgot my cash deposit. When I realized the error the manager REFUSED to give me the deposit back. What kind of hotel needs their guest's deposits so badly that they cant return them? Bad business. 👎 The hot tub stopped working during our stay too! "
