"This is an average hotel, but it was conveniently located and in a safe location. The towels were very small and rough, and the breakfast was just average, but it met our needs."

"Great place for last minute stay in Springfield. Near everything. Standard breakfast fare. The attendant was exceptional. Comfy pillows, soft bed, room temp perfect. A bit noisy next to road, but turned on ac fan and it was gone. Would stay here again. "

"Our room was full of dust which I am allergic. I informed the front desk that I was affected by it, so they sent a person to clean it. Did not offer a different room. Cleaning made the black dust all over the ceiling coming from the vents look better but didn’t help my reaction. The lady told me to take Benadryl! The entire time I was there I had to ask for shampoo and conditioner samples because the bottles in the bathroom was empty. I am very disappointed and this was a waste of money and time to me."

"Cleaning crew barged into the room at 8:15 am without knocking while I was in the bathroom and my wife in bed. After I stopped them they never came back. When we returned to the hotel at 3 pm and found the room unserviced we called the front desk only to be told that the crew had already “left for the day.” To their credit when we returned that night the room was cleaned. But the experience was to say the least not consistent with expectations. "
