"This is a wonderful “back to nature” experience. It is in the rainforest - expect rainforest conditions. The staff here are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The property is in an amazing location but needs a little updating while I appreciate that there is constant moisture in the air, some areas could be updated / painted and maintained a little better. Our stay here was still wonderful regardless."

"The hotel is well maintained and very clean, with numerous staff working laboriously. The majority of the staff members were friendly and courteous. I appreciated that housekeeping is done daily with 2 complimentary bottles of water given each time. The breakfast and dinner buffet was very good with numerous and diverse choices.
