"The grounds are well kept- a tropical paradise- and the building is beautiful. The food was also very good- lots of choices at the buffet. However, a large rowdy group arrived and music was blasting in the common areas which broke the magic of being in a remote rainforest. We are happy we had two good days before the noise began. Other guests were also disappointed with the sudden change in vibe. It is certainly not advertised as a “party hotel”. "

"The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and well taken care of. The room was clean, had working air-conditioning and hot water. The restaurant on site has a good offering of food for breakfast as well as dinner."

"Nouveau propriétaire depuis un mois, ils sont sympathiques cependant cela n’excuse pas la propreté de la salle de bain, avons loué 2 chambres, les miroirs, vitres de douches (avec cheveux) et vanités étaient très sales, tâches d’éclaboussures de pâte à dent, pas d’eau dans la douche et évier, le lendemain matin lorsque nous les avons informé, ils nous dit qu’ils devaient activer la pompe ! Mon matelas était complètement creusé. Pas de télé, la piscine a besoin de rénovation…..dommage très bel...

"Breakfast was fresh and had variety. James from the Ibeza pool restaurant was the standout star of the week. We resided in room 1406 and encountered a few minor issues, but knowing that we could see his welcoming and genuine smile made it worthwhile. We visited him every day. He was exceptionally warm, accommodating, and very informative. He will be the primary reason for our return. The ambiance and fragrance of the lobby were simply relaxing.
