"This property is beautiful and the views from this hotel were incredible; they even had a telescope in the restaurant to see the "angel" up close! We got a corner room, with breath-taking city views from every angle. We got a wonderful breeze in the room by opening the windows. Every single staff member that we encountered was amazing - friendly, attentive, and happy to accommodate our every need - especially James. To use the jacuzzi, we had to give 4 hours' notice, but it was a delightful...

"Good location to the old town section of Quito but a bit run down with the air-conditioning not working well in at least 2 rooms and non-existent in a third that we were offered. Our friends also needed to move from their room because of noise coming from the kitchen. The restaurant was open until 10 PM which was appreciated and the food and drinks were good but a bit on the expensive side. A limited buffet breakfast was available each morning but something you could easily skip. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. We had the Amazon (luxury) room and it was great. Loved the bed ! Firm and really comfortable! Soaker tub and complimentary wine was also nice. Freddy in the restaurant and all staff were great. We walked to centre of old town from the hotel within 10-15. We felt safe in and around old town Quito.
