"Room was beautiful and clean. The room I got didn’t have the Bryant park view but it was peaceful and quiet at night. Hydration station is so useful and I truly appreciated the staff for being so welcoming. The only downside is how long the elevator takes. Other than that, 5 stars."

"Great location and room was fab. The walks a bit thin can hear noise from other room. Whilst there are coffee, tea and water facilities free on the ground floor a kettle in the room would be great. This would not however stop us staying here again staff were amazing. "

"Great hotel in a perfect location on a quiet street 5 min walk from Times Square, Public Library, and Rockefeller Center. A Nescafé coffee maker in the room (regular) was a nice addition. I am surprised this hotel was priced lower than others similar. Definitely recommend. "

"The room and hotel were excellent. The only issue that I had was that in the shower there was a silicone lip that is supposed to hold the water back from going all over the floor. It wasn’t secured or siliconed properly. There was also some mold on and under it. "
