"The room wasn't fully cleaned, lots of dust. Dust was falling from the washroom fan. The towels were dusty. When you wipe ur skins, lots of the towel dust is left on you."

"I'm disappointed because I forgot my rosary and prayer book when I returned early this morning. I've been trying to call, but I can't reach customer service, and the lines connect to different locations. The manager said to throw them away, but I had placed them under my pillow. Also, the microwave smells like it's burning because it's rusted inside."
