"I stayed at this hotel for two nights and really enjoyed my stay. The property is a former mansion that once belonged to a Peruvian president who served from 1899 to 1903. He purchased it during that time and lived here after his term ended. Staying here feels like being part of history, and the rooms are beautifully designed with high ceilings. If you enjoy historical buildings like I do, you will definitely appreciate it. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was spotless, and the location...

"Hotel provided early check-in ( for a price ). Which I was greatful for after a long bus ride from Nasca. Water pressure was excellent and hot, room also had air-conditioning. Great upstairs lounge area with views over Arequipa towards Mountains."

"Most amazing stay at any hotel that we’ve been to. Have to ring their bell and wait for their staff to let us in. Totally enclosed property and only guests can dine there. Rooms were comfortable, very quiet, can get coffee or food delivered to your room (no charge all inclusive), breakfast and dinner selections were plentiful, all delicious food. We can’t rave enough about the staff. They make you feel like you’re part of their family. We stayed 6 nights and could have stayed longer. "
