"The staff and room were amazing! We stayed in a large room with the walls and ceiling adored with hand painted scenery. Large bathroom too. All very clean and comfortable. "

"The room didn’t appear to be dirty but unfortunately there were roaches. I picked up my bag and there were two babies underneath it. My nephew also saw one on the wall. The air conditioner threw off too much condensation and our room felt extremely muggy. The mattress on our pull out bed was a solid 3 in thick. Overall, I won’t stay here again."

"I knew this was going to be a bad hotel to stay at based on all the transient activity going on and around the property. The hotel staff were friendly but did not seem to be very competent doing their job. I waited for over 15 minutes for the front desk clerk to ask Housekeeping if my room was ready all the while she just stared blankly out the window. There was trash spread out the entire property, and the stairs looked like someone butchered an animal on them. There was drywall damage...

"It’s very clean… but some equipment is broken or run-down. They try to save on absolutely everything, so tiny soap bars, no shower gel etc. tv remote is handed out during check-in… overall not a bad place if you have to crash for the night, but certainly not a place to stay for vacation."

"Beautiful property with onsite activities and a variety of cottages, bungalows and rooms to choose from. Located just steps from downtown shops, boutiques and excellent restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences to enjoy. Very friendly and courteous staff. Pet-friendly accommodations. Room was very clean and well-stocked with goodies for guests. Looking forward to returning for another wonderful stay!"

"Clean, quiet, and conveniently located."

"The room was clean and staff very accommodating. Kids loved the basketball court and pool with hot tub. I wished there was a bathtub. But the shower was not bad just a little difficult to shave my legs. There are drawers and cabinets all over and the kitchen is well furnished. The room is nice sized with five of us in a king a sofa bed. It’s a little weird being in an industrial area but good proximity to LEGOLAND, Costco, two skateparks and a plethora of dining options."
