This should be a perfect holiday until...
I stayed with group family and book 3 rooms for holiday. Hotel staff have an average english but i think all thai people have an average english, so that wont be a problem. They also give free breakfast for my little niece, yeah she only ate cornflakes for breakfast. :) everything just perfect until my last day at phuket, before checkout we take a breakfast and realize they served an expired orange jam. i tell about that to PIC at breakfast room, and they even didnt say sorry to us. I hope you guys double checked about this, so it wont happen to you. For other service is ok, room very clean and air con really nice!

Kami menginap untuk 3 malam yg menakjubkan. Hotel baru, kamar bersih tetapi sayang kamar kurang kedap suara. Kami masih bisa mendengar suara orang lewat dari dalam kamar. Di samping hotel masih banyak pembangunan sehingga membuat kami hampir terganggu dengan bunyi suara gerinda di pagi hari, untunglah kami ikut tur sehari penuh jd tidak begitu pusing dengan hal tsb. Kamar hotel dibersihkan setiap hari. Hal ini sebenarnya sangatlah baik tetapi terkadang kalian tidak menginginkan orang lain masuk kedalam kamar saat kalian tidak berada ditempat. Padahal tanda "please make up my room" tidak tergantung di sisi pintu. Kami sudah berusaha komplain tetapi jawaban dari mereka adalah tolong letakkan tanda "tidak ingin di ganggu" saat akan meninggalkan kamar. Bagaimana mungkin kami ingin di ganggu saat kami tidak berada dalam ruangan? Kami rasa harus disamakan dulu soal persepsi ini. Tapi sejauh ini acungan jempol buat hemingways silk staff yang senantiasa memberikan yang terbaik untuk kami.

War mal besser. Würde nicht mehr in dieses Hotel gehen. Der Angestellte am Check in war unfreundlich, Zimmerservice war Ok.

The hotel‘s location was amazing, it was in walking distance to almost everything but also tucked away down a street away from havoc. The hotel Is also very clean. However we did have conflict during checkin regarding adding an extra bed (we sent a message regarding this matter a few weeks before checking in which the said hotel they didn’t receive) which led to myself and my sister (2 adults) to share a single bed for the first night of our stay as there was “no one” available to organise an extra bed. Another issue is that the company only gives out 1 key card per a room, which caused the three of us some more conflict when returning home at different times.

The hotel was convenient and walking distance to the bars and attractions. The staff were not friendly at all during check in. We also had issues with our toilet the first night and when we called the front desk, they said we will have to wait till tomorrow for asssitance. Tomorrow comes around and 10 am, we still have not receive a phone call nor update. Mind you, we were unable to use the restroom since 10 pm the night before. We than called the front desk again around 10 am and they said they will send someone, an hour gone by and nothing. They happened to fix our issue an hour and half later. Also, we needed to catch an early flight so we ask for assistance to reserve a taxi, but they said the earliest was 7 am which did not help.

Es un buen hotel, con instalaciones limpias, habitación suficientemente amplia, ubicado a pocas cuadras de la playa y de la bangla road y centro comercial principal de paton, a pesar de la cercanía la zona en tranquila, el desayuno es tipo buffet, la única observación de la habitación es que el baño presenta hongo y requiere limpieza. Tiene una piscina en la terraza con buena vista, sin embargo se han desprendido alguna lozas.

Good hotel in a fun location!
It was a very clean and well run hotel! Very close to the Night Bazaar on both sides and a close walk to the beach. I would stay there again! We certified in the PADI Open Water Course for All4Diving and that was close to the hotel as well!

It was great, I love phuket. The only suggestion I would make is new balcony chairs. The sun damage gets white chalk on your pants when sitting.

Nice Hotel
This hotel is in a great central position but if you are a beach lover it is about a eight to ten minute walk to patong beach. Close to Jungceylon shopping centre and very close to the Banzaan market where it is a seafood lovers paradise at night time. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are quite large and very quiet at night time. There is a rooftop bar and swimming pool and a restaurant on the grand floor. The staff are just wonderful. I will definitley stay here again.

Eigentlich ein ordentliches Hotel. Der Pool versprüht wenig Charme aber in der Preisklasse sollte man sich wohl eher freuen, dass es überhaupt einen gibt. Nicht akzeptabel für mich der massive Schimmel im Badezimmer.

Городской отель в центре Патонга. Рядом с ночным рынком, ТЦ и стадионом. До Банглы минут 5 пешком, до пляжа минут 10. Номера просторные, чистые, есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания без претензий на роскошь.

Make sure you have the right Hemingways Hotel
First of all there are 3 Hemingways hotel in Patong. Our cab dropped us at the wrong hotel. We had to walk to our hotel which was nearby. So take note of this. Buffet breakfast was good for us as they served local dishes too. It is nearby alot of eateries and convenient store. There is Bazaan Food Village where you can purchase live seafood and then proceed upstairs to have it cooked. Make sure you bargain when you buy your seafood. It is nearby Robison Mall with lots of eateries as well Visit the ice cream and pancake store opposite Lucky 13 cafe. Speciality: ice cream made from scratch with a choice of fresh fruit like mangoes for 80 baht. Setback you need to walk about 10mins plus to the beach. Overall good location and nice hotel.

Great stay close to everything
We had a very enjoyable stay for 14 days. We were made feel welcome straight away. Staff always with a welcoming smile - restaurant (good tasting Thai food), reception (acknowledged us all the time), thank you to housekeeping always smiling and nothing is an effort, roof top pool and bar (perfect at the end of the day) cocktails were perfect and good prices. I will have no reluctance in recommending Hemingsway Silk to any traveller. Thank you all for a very enjoyable relaxing holiday.

최악의 서비스
이런 서비스 받기는 처음이네요. 호텔측 실수로 공항으로가는 택시서비스도 받지 못해 곤란했고 (저희에게 밖으로 나가 직접 택시를 잡으라고 했습니다) 더군다나 호텔측에서 깜빡하고 디파짓을 돌려주지 않았어요. 방콕에 비행기타고 도착할때까지 호텔에선 아무 연락도 없었구요. 전화해서 돌려달라고 했더니 어떻게 돌려줄까 라고 질문하더군요. 결국 여기저기 도움을 요청해서 한인여행사 계좌를 빌려 디파짓을 송금받았으나, 그날 여행도 기분도 완전히 망쳤습니다. 어르신들이 오셨다면 디파짓은 날리는 것이였겠죠. 다시는 안 갈 것이며 추천하지 않습니다.

Very nice and clean hotel for a very great price!!
Hotel was amazing for the price we paid, it was clean. Huge bed and within walking distance to everything in Patong Beach. Great nightmarket around the corner and also huge shopping mall and Bangla road within walking distance.

New, nice hotel, close to everything.
Friendly, very helpful staff. Room is clean and quite. Nice little rooftop pool you can hang out and have a drink at a mini bar, walking distance to Bangla road.

Conventient,Clean and Comfortable hotel
First nite (check in at 8pm) step in the rm was different frm last few times i book. Frm orange change to dark brown lok more comfortable n cosy. Balcony flr n chair was vy dusty, rm smell nice n everything lok great feel like at 5star hotel. But 2nd day cal rm service waited for half hr while cal bk they said forgotten.ask for makeup rm n went to toilet, 5mins my door bell ring n i was inside the toilet. After tat i open the door, saw towels, refreshment item toilet paper all was left it on the doorstep. 3rd day ask for clean rm the bed cover was not neatly placed balcony still dirty. Hope the staff can put more effort on their job.but i still will chose to stay here cos i like the rm only one spot light n 2 table light. Lok more cosy n confortable. Only hope they can clean up balcony area. Is all minor problem n i will still chose to stay here P/s: if hotel can supply adaptor will b perfect, we dun mind put deposit for it. And when i check out on 14/4 1pm there was a female receptionist she was vy helpful n hv a vy sweet smiley face, i ask her help to keep my passport n 5pm i bk frm the mall wanted to take cab to airport she oass me bk my passport. I totally forgotten abt it. So nice of her n sorry tat i forgotten ask her abt her name. Hope management can keep tis gd staff. Tks
