I would like to begin by extending my heartfelt apology for the poor service you experienced at Movenpick Myth Hotel Patong Phuket. We acknowledge that we fell short of your requirements to, and we realize how disappointed and unhappy this may have caused you to be. During your stay did you mention the issue to our staff? As you may have noticed, there was a lot of rain during your visit to Phuket, this might have caused the damp smell in the room, however when the guest informs us about such situation, we send our housekeeping team to clean the air by adding humidifier in the room. We stop music at the pool bar at 6pm however pool is open until 9pm so guests do enjoy their time around the pool until 9pm.Our guests' security is our topmost priority; therefore, our security staff works 24 hours - 7 days in a week and are going around the hotel at night.We at Movenpick Myth Hotel would like to express our heartfelt regret and apology for the service you experienced.
