"ac was a joke, room were clean. Front desk at night was very respectful."

"We waited at least 10 minutes for someone to show at the front desk. When he finally showed up, he did’nt even say sorry and neither say hello. He asked for the credit card and my driver licence, took the depot. We asked for some cue for restaurant around the hôtel, he said yes there are some! I had to ask him for name and direction otherwise, he would have not gave me any! At our departure at 6:15, no one showed up at the front desk for 15 minutes! We left the access card on the counter and left with the shuttle! At least, the shuttle driver was nice. The room was great. First, and last time at this hotel"

"The bathroom was not clean on arrival- dirty sink, trash not empty, empty tissue box - the decaf and hot water at the breakfast set up were not hot - in fact I suspect the decaf coffee was stored overnight in the fridge - it wasn’t room temp -it was ice cold. The main restaurant was very slow - there was one other table when we arrived and it took 20 minutes for the food to arrive. The waitress said there was only 1 cook - I was a professional chef -I’ve served over 180 people in one dinner shift by myself"

"Wonderful stay! The staff was so friendly and the hotel was clean even with the constant flow of people! I loved the manager’s snacks and the breakfasts."

"Surprisingly run down and oddly laid out hotel. Room was fine though a little cramped. But long walks through unfinished basement hallways to get to my room. And the restaurant is pretty bare bones."
