Grand Pattaya Hotel
Hotel sangat strategis dengan lokasi walking street dan pantai, tetapi sangat disayangkan. Pegawai reception nya kurang ramah untuk menyapa tamu hotel. Yg lebih buruknya ada pegawai reception meminta uang di karenakan dia menolong saya utk booking taxi. Yg pada saat itu tidak ada pegawai lain di sekitar dia. Tetapi pada saat saya ingin memberikan uang. Dia berubah pikiran, karena ada pegawai lain di sebelah dia.

Bad experience. All day construction on top of me loud. At night loud. Dirty. View of a wall and more walls out the window. Walls super thin. Hot. Smelly. Charged me for using the plastic spoons lol. Beds hard and worn out. Showers terrible. Yea pretty bad.

Location was excellent....but.staff very uncooperative.. we waited for 2 more hours to check in ... ie we were made to check in at 4 pm instead of 2 pm

ウォーキングストリートのすぐ近くだが思った程騒音は気にならない。どの部屋からも海が見える。 ホテル前の道が狭くて、フロントもなんか暗いが部屋に入ると明るくてとても綺麗。ベランダに出ると気持ちいいが手すりが低いので怖い。エアコンがダイキンで温度調節も楽でした。デポジットTHB1000総合的にとても良いホテル。簡易なもので良いので朝食が食べられれば最高です。まあ近所にコンビニはあるので大丈夫でした。

The Hotel is very close to Walking Street which is a good thing, The bad thing is that you will not be able to get a night sleep as the noise is unbearable also the photos of the room doesn’t represent what the rooms look like and I didn’t get a room with ocean view

1. Tricksters. You book a Seaview room (which should face the beach, but they'll put you into a cheaper room overlooking walking street with a partial Seaview. ) 2. Except for a couple of them, the front desk staff all are scowling and unfriendly. 3. No concierge, bell boy - no one to help 4. If they change your room they want you to go down, give them the room key, housekeeping will check the room, then they'll give you the new room key - all without any help from them. 5. The music from the street below is so loud UNTIL 4 AM, the room walls reverberate from the sound, all the way to the top floor.

Excellent location and great hotel. Only thing is they don't serve breakfast anymore as they did prior to Covid-19 and the room price is same.

The staff is very well behaved, and supportive. They gave me 2 hour early check in without charge because I arrived early, and let me leave my bag there after while I was out shopping for a bit. Very reasonable and wonderful staff. Highly recommend!!

I love the staff at the hotel, they are very helpful and friendly. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times this year. I am planning 2 more trips this year and plan on staying with them the next 2 trips.

The location is great, but it is quite busy until 3am. Music can be heard until 6 in the morning. Walking street, pier, circulating cabs, massages, all in close proximity, no wonder! Wi-Fi is too slow, which needs to be improved.

Rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good view of the ocean. If you like the Pattaya nightlife this is a good place to stay However, if you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is not the place to be.

The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The hotel is located near Walking Street so it can occasionally get noisy. The hotel was clean. There were no problems with water and air conditioning. The WIFI had some slow periods but overall was great. I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Hotel and would definitely go there again on my next visit.

The staff at the hotel was amazing, if you have any problems they address them quickly. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel in 4 months and will definitely go back again and again.
