"Clean facilities, soft beds, temperature of rooms were perfect. Staff was friendly saying hi and talking to us not just when we got there but throughout our visit. I would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel."

"The comforter had spots like it hadn’t be wash or cleaned. There was a guy in my room claim he was maintenance fixing the tv. The Sunday morning desk lady(young girl) just snatch the key cards from and shut the window. When I tried to ask for a receipt she told me to check my email and slammed the window shut and walked away When I saw this I was I had picked the wrong hotel, but tried to make it work. I will not be returning to this location again"

"I worked a 19 hour shift just to find my room had no hot water nor any front desk to talk to in the early morning hours, my room phone didn’t work either. I left a note requesting a late check out and luckily I woke up early because this hotel doesn’t offer late check out past 12. When I went to leave I let the front desk know and they didn’t seem to care, they just said thanks well let maintenance know. Terrible rooms and rude staff, I’ll never make the mistake of booking la Quinta again… "

"Room was clean. Bathroom was dim and girls could not do makeup in there. Shower head was not spraying well and the water pressure was low. The staff were friendly and helped right away. The breakfast was fresh. "

"Property was nice and lots of shops nearby, the only problem was our shower was draining, we got to the hotel very late (2am) so we didn’t realize till this morning when it was time to get ready and check out. "

"the heater was not working, i went back to the reception, the staff in charge instead of helping me find a solution she simply said the maintenance person is not there, the heater should be working instead of ofering a solution, I literally had to tell her how i could sleep in a cold room on a cold day and why she cant simply find another room, eventulayy she found another room on the gorund floor that was smelling, this is rediculous that you have a person in charge that was so unhelpful, the person in charge seemed inexperienced and needs training to be in the front desk dealing with customers"
