"Rooms need upkeep"

"Stay all the time, great place for business travelers. Manager can be difficult for business travelers that company’s book their travel for them. I didn’t have the same CC for my stay, became a thing at check in. Never had a problem before. Makes me nervous to stay moving forward."

"Excellent hotel, our room was very clean and beautiful bathroom, the staff that we interacted with were all very friendly but the older gentleman that I assume was the manager was phenomenal! Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again when we come back to visit our relatives that live there. Job well done!"

"Room was very clean. We were only there for 3 nights and 2 days, but on 2nd day, housekeeping came while we were there and changed out towels and trash for us. She was very nice. Ann, at the desk when we checked in after midnight, was sympathetic when we explained that the only car we were able to get was a huge (to us) 5-6 passenger van, and the Marriott parking garage is VERY tight. "They cannot call it a suite just because they squeezed a worn out hide-a-bed love seat next to the bed. It had stains and the bottom looked like it was scratched up by someones cat. The layout of the room was useless. Unless you want to sit on the nasty couch, you had to watch the tv by laying at the bottom of the bed. "I have never stayed at Candlewood Suites before. I highly recommend it! Staff was able to get me in for early check in. My suite was large and very comfortable. The room was immaculate. Kudos to Their staff!!"
