"A very nice remodel of a motor court motel with all new interior, heating, and plumbing. Comfortable with large TV and nice beds. Very clean. Future additions might include a microwave oven, coffee cups for the coffee maker, and some wall decor. Overall, a very nice room for basecamp to local adventures.."

"Haha! My review?! All good at check in. Once in the room, you can see that there is a space between the front door itself and the door frame. The wallpaper is peeling off the wall in the bathroom and the back window doesn’t lock. As I settle for the night, I realize that it’s getting cold and try to set up the heater only to realize the little heater under the bathroom counter is the only one working which is not enough for the room. "I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. They reeked of mildew. Our family had nowhere to sleep that night, so we had to...

"Everything was fine indoors, the exterior could be improved. Outside one cracked window looked like a junkyard with old cars. The price was right as was the location. Basic accommodations"
