"Clean room"

"The hotel was perfect!! Not that far from Campus"

"Try something else"

"It was a nice overnight stop. Clean & safe feeling. No frills, but no problems. No elevator...but only one flight of stairs."

"It was hard for not give this hotel anything less than 10/10."

"The room floor and bathroom floor were both dirty with debris just swept or mopped into the corners. I didn’t see a wall that didn’t have dead bugs on it.. There were no clean towel services provided. You had to go to the front desk and then only 2 were provided and those were so paper thin you could air dry faster. The toilet was clogged upon our arrival and they at least repaired that. Take your own pillows. The ones provided make airline pillows seems luxurious. You can spend the same money...

"Best in class in Rochester area. Clean, safe, not a welfare hotel so no loitering in the parking lot. Excellent front desk crew, helpful management, good stay for the price! Beds are clean, no bugs etc. Each room has some little challenge like fridge is missing shelves, shower has no soap etc. Be prepared for that. But everything around it is really disgusting. Literally right off the I-90 and 390...easy on/off. Just south of the city. Dining options nearby. Hot breakfast includes eggs,...

"Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used. The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended."
