"The property is children friendly so great place to stay for families. It is also close to the airport which is convenient but it is little distant from city centre, something to be aware of. It is close to Oceanarium and Science Center which are great venue for kids and great that under 8 child care in the afternoon is included. "

"Stayed 1 night before flight home . Situated very close to airport , beautiful rooms and very clean . Roof top restaurant is overpriced and food is ok , I had to send back the sliders because the bread was rock solid , slow service , the water and drinks came to the table after food"

"We stayed at the hotel the night before flying back home. The free shuttle was great and the breakfast had lots of options!"

"Only stayed one night but excellent location as closed to airport and Oriente train station. There were plenty on food options near by and a shopping center. The rooms were fairly small for a lengthy stay but it clean and the bed was comfortable. Did not eat at their restaurant but it looked well maintained. The bathroom had an excellent shower and plenty of room to move around in. Overall it meet our needs for location and short stay."

"This property is in a beautiful neighborhood, a brief walk to a beautiful church and busy shops and cafes, also close Uber ride to the airport. Our room was simple, but there was a garden to enjoy. Unfortunately, I could not enjoy the included breakfast because of an early flight. It is a very good value."

"As soon as we walked in, we loved it. It is stylish, and large - a really large lounge, with wonderful views over the river to the bridge. It also has a lovely conservatory! This is a real sun trap, facing the river. The terrace is mostly to the back, facing the city, for sunsets. The main room is large, comfortable king bed, lots of storage space. The second room is two single beds. Both rooms have superb black out blinds for total darkness. The kitchen is a great size, superb coffee machine...

"Clean room but it is really small"

"Staff was not helpful with a few inconveniences. AC did not work, room was extremely uncomfortable. Elevators were terrible. Bed wasn’t great. Ordered a room with breakfast through Expedia, upon check in we were told that breakfast wasn’t included, then told us to call Expedia. No… you call Expedia and sort it. We paid over $200 for the room, where’s the service??? I would not recommend staying here."
