"We stayed two nights with our family of five and loved the novelty of staying on the house boat. It was clean, comfortable and met all our needs. The staff were very responsive when we had questions and were very helpful."

"Ricardo at check-in was amazing. We arrived fully energised, yet tired from the gone midnight arrival. His professional lism was effortless. The hotel is a beautiful winder. The views, the staff, every single one we encounters. Names I remember are Ricardo on reception, Kinsman our waiter at breakfast and his other pleasant female and male colleagues. "I love my stay here. I had a top floor, which was really good. The view was amazing, especially with the sunrise.. don’t even get me started on breakfast my favorite part of the day every time I was there they were so many options. It was really well cleaned and maintained. Although I did have a mixup with all the calls being made to the hotel were directed in my room, but it was an easy fix no problems at all, and the staff are very helpful.!"

"Cool but standard"

"Our biggest complain were the hotel staff. There was a man, I whish I could remember his name, he was very sarcastic and not helpful at all; although, some of the staff were very useful and friendly. Just heads up, they are a bottle of wine with the stay, but only if you are drinking in the bar; meaning the bottle of wide in not free. There are several location near by to purchase very unexpensive wine."

"Room was clean, and staff was responsive and kind and helped out. Unfortunately the maids came in and changed the air conditioning up to a high number and we couldn't get it back down to a comfortable temperature after they changed it no matter what buttons we pressed. We also chose to park our car in the garage, and multiple times the gate would not open. Luckily our flight was delayed, but if the flight had been the original time we would've missed it! "Great clean apartment close to the airport, perfect for what we needed. It would have been nice to have a couple of coffee pods in there for the espresso machine, otherwise it was perfect."

"We wish we could have stayed longer! The property is amazing and the rooms are a very nice combination of old school style mixed with modern new features (bathroom). We really enjoyed sitting outside in the patio area for both early evening drinks and also our breakfast coffees and food"

"Excelente experiencia en el Meliá Lisboa Oriente. El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta, especialmente por su cercanía al aeropuerto, la estación de tren y el área moderna del Parque das Nações. La habitación estaba muy limpia, cómoda y bien equipada. El personal fue muy amable y profesional, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Un hotel muy recomendable tanto para viajes de placer como de negocios y con o sin ninos. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí en una próxima visita a Lisboa."

"Overall the place was clean. The beds were hard to sleep on, we did accidentally book the accessible room so not sure if that’s the case for all the rooms or that one only. The breakfast in the morning was not great. Multiple expired yogurts in the fridge and the bread was stale."
