"The photos of this hotel are very misleading. Our room was dirty, and we had to request a room change, but even the new room wasn't much better. Both room pools were green and unusable. While the manager was polite, their lack of concern for the serious cleanliness issues was very disappointing. There were no welcome drinks or breakfast, and honestly, given the state of the hotel, I wouldn't have eaten there anyway"

"Tout d'abord le taxi qui nous y a conduit depuis Sanur n'a pas pu nous déposer devant les bâtiments alors qu'il pleuvait car l'entrée est quasiment impraticable car trop étroite et avec très petit angle de braquage. Sur le profil aucune mention de l'isolement de cet hébergement avec aucun restaurant à moins de 3 km. Ensuite le numéro de téléphone indiqué sur le portail ne répondait pas. Suite à notre plainte et notre souhait d'annuler les deux autre nuits, la personne sur place nous a proposer...
