"The food is so fresh and really delicious, outstanding breakfasts !! Such a nice staff in the property, very helpful and very carrying people.. just always there really no matter what time it is. Villas clean and are cleaned literally everyday with such precision bedsheets changed everyday, towel , wardrobes and pool is heated ! Which is great..! The only minus for me is manager, she never even said bye while I was giving back my keys, no interest in anything during stay and also at check out....

"Betjeningen var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Litt dårlig renhold og fasiliteter, men privat basseng var fantastisk. Gitt at der faktisk er i jungelen og vanskelig tilkomst kunne det vært perfekt med en restaurant. Man må bestill mat levert fra gojak om man vil ha noe annet en frokost. Men alt i alt en kul opplevelse."

"Amazing beach front access with lounge chairs always available in the most comfortable and serene environment under the trees. Rooms a little dated but perfectly adequate. "This hotel is wonderful. My wife and I stayed there for four nights in June 2026. We can not find anything in their service that needs to be improved. The staff are nice. The food is so so enjoyable. The facilities are well maintained. Pool, gym, spa, hiking, yoga, biking, archery, etc, everything is perfect. The laundry service is great. All the clothes are well cleaned and ironed, and neatly packed and dropped off to my room. A very big comfortable room with free excellent breakfast was charged with a reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel to my friends"

"Overall, our stay had some positive highlights, particularly the excellent staff and a very enjoyable breakfast experience. However, there were several issues that affected our comfort. We encountered a problem with the air conditioning, and there was water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, which initially made the room feel unclean. Although the staff attended to it and the leakage eventually stopped, the issue was not handled as efficiently or thoroughly as expected. Additionally, contacting the lobby could be challenging, as calls were sometimes not answered promptly. Since we booked two rooms, it was also inconvenient that one of the phones was not functioning. Given that this is an Andaz property, we expected a higher standard of maintenance and responsiveness. On a positive note, the location in Sanur is pleasant and quiet, making it suitable for relaxation. However, the beach area is quite public. A more private setting would have enhanced the experience, as there were street vendors frequently passing by offering services and products. In summary, while there are strong aspects to the property, there is room for improvement in maintenance, responsiveness, and overall guest experience. "
