"Vi bodde i en kjempefin villa med eget svømmebasseng. Mulighet til å bestille måltider levert til villa uten ekstra kostnad. Totalopplevelsen hadde vært bedre dersom renholdet hadde vært på topp. Badekaret hadde skitne flekker i seg, alle håndklærne luktet surt og bassenget var fullt av sand. Oppvask og matrester etter måltider ble ikke hentet og tiltrakk seg maur og fugler. Tungvindt å måtte ringe for å be om at dette ble hentet. I tillegg burde badet vært lukket med vindu. "Lovely staff. Good food and drinks from the beach bar. Comfortable bed. The room was not very well lit- there is no light on the roof over the bedroom. Juice at breakfast was very artificial. Some amenities feel old and run-down. Staff were not very responsive when I was trying to message and call via WhatsApp in an emergency, but did help me with my issue once I did manage to make contact. The hotel is near the end of the Sanur strip- I would have preferred to stay further up"
