"We hade a lovely time staying at this quaint apartment in Beverly. We were sight seeing in Salem and it was just a quick 10 minute drive into the city. Everything was great in the apartment except not being able to control the thermostat ourselves as it was in the basement we did not have access to. Other than that it was a perfect stay. "

"The photo showing the facility is misleading. We did not stay in the building. We were not informed that the apartment access was up a steep exterior staircase, until just before we arrive. We were told we could park near the stairway, but tenant indignantly pounded on the door and told us to move our car. All the reasonable places to park on their narrow street were taken the night before. Before we left home, a strange person called me about the rental twice. The bed was weird - it sinks in...

"This home was spacious and quiet as well as dog friendly. Only a short walk to downtown, shops and restaurants. It was an amazing time. "

"The room is spacious -- three rooms plus bath. Location can't be beat. The flat is very much "grad student" in quality, but for the price and the location it can't be beat. "
