"For me it was always the beach. The cottages and amenities were worn out and old! The beach was great. Compared to alot of other locales on Koh Chang it was peaceful and the beach was clear of rocks. The food was okay."

Jessica on overnite followed through on wake up call and packed me a breakfast to go! All appreciated. "

"The room was nice, not fancy, but clean and pleasant. The hotel servers and cleaning crews were quite friendly and helpful. The dining pavilion, the bar, and the grounds in the center of the property were all quite nice."

"We booked a family bungalow for 3 nights but left after the first. The room was not properly cleaned. The floors were dirty, there was a used tissue in the bed, and one pillow had red stains. The AC barely worked, there were mosquitoes everywhere, and the upstairs bed was just a mattress on the floor. The layout was poorly designed. The TV was far from the bed, and the toilet is basically inside the shower so everything gets wet. Water pressure was also very weak. The biggest issue was the AC, which shuts off every time you leave the room and never cooled the space. WiFi constantly disconnected and breakfast was mediocre. We didn’t bother speaking to the front desk after reading reviews about unhelpful management. For about $200 per night, this felt worse than a hostel. Would not recommend. "
