"Very spartan for the price. Staff good, breakfast good, room appeared clean."

"There is a definite smell when you enter the property. Our tv didn't work and had to move rooms. Breakfast was not desirable and that was disappointing as we always try to stay somewhere with breakfast included."

"There was hair in the shower, I stepped on something sticky and wet by the bed, the nightstand by the bed blinds were very dusty , we did not have anything to stir our coffee and no hand soap or extra toilet paper in bathroom. We ate at the steakhouse and it was absolutely wonderful!"

"This was a spur of the moment decision to get this hotel as it was right off the highway. They had really good prices so we were a little worried it would be a dump. It ended up being even better than the hotel we stayed at for our vacation! It was clean, the room was big and clean and cool. We missed the breakfast so I have no comment on that but everything else was great!"

"Upon arriving the staff was very helpful and were even more considerate to change my mom and nieces room to a double with no issues. They were courteous and we had no trouble with staff. Even had a tasty breakfast. The only issues we had were in the room the air conditioner was leaking onto the carpet and the door didnt seem like it closed all the way. We had to tug it to close it fully. The carpet could be the reason the room smelled a bit and there were orange stains under the nightstand on...

"Staff at front desk was unfriendly and confrontational. Room and lobby smelled of smoke. No luggage carts available at check in or check out. Buffet was not open every day. Pool area was dirty and not well maintained. Not enough umbrellas for the amount of tables in the pool area."

"The outside looks great and I assume had a fairly recent renovation. Thats where the positives end. When looking for a hotel, I want 3 main things - easy access, a clean room/fresh linens, and ample towels. 1. The elevator was broken. Not a huge deal until the second elevator also started to act up. At first the remote/tv in the bedroom would not work. Eventually figured out it was unplugged. Total waste of time because then the streaming continued to buffer/didn't work so the tv was pointless....

"Well this entire review is skewed from a huge issue i had leading up to my reservation that the hotel had an issue refunding my original reservation for that week for months. It wasn't until we kept bothering the front desk staff during our new reservation that they finally got ahold of the refund they had to send me. The sink amenity in the room was nice to have. The room itself had a couple bugs inside, and there was no "do not disturb" signs for the door, so housekeeping could come in...
