"Wonderful welcome for us and our Golden Retriever, lovely room and glorious food and service. we LOVE coming to this cosy but classy hotel, not to mention the added bonus of the pool, sauna and hot tub! We will be back next year!"

"We were checked in by a very polite and friendly young lady who gave us full information about the hotel
We spoke with her again later when a further family member checked in and she had allocated them and adjoining room - such a classy act as the other guest is around 80 years old
