"Really enjoyed staying here. Apartment was clean, spacious (high ceilings), very modern kitchen (I opted not to cook, but all amenities are there - half refrigerator, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes, utensils - also small dining table), bed was comfortable, desk/room to work and sofa. Excellent lighting. A very large amount of closet space as well, extra blankets/pillows in the wardrobes/closets. Apartment I was in (123) faces out to parking lots, so helpful to keep all shades down at times. Would...

"A very contrasting stay for a 4-star establishment.
The Pros:
Excellent responsiveness following a lighting issue (immediate room change) and a much-appreciated commercial gesture (free breakfast offered). The welcome from the female receptionist on the afternoon of the 22nd was excellent.
The Cons:
Mediocre cleanliness: I found a hair on the duvet in the first room. In the second room, the bathtub was dirty with stagnant water residue, which I had to scrub myself before using.
