"The bathroom was dirty unpin arrival but the nice ,helpful,and thoughtful men at the front counter(he had dreads) came and refresh the bathroom so we can at less use it.I really appreciate him doing that.The next day I called front desk trying to explain the situation because he told me to request room services for a complete cleaning of the restroom.As I was explaining the lady on the phone didn’t even let me finish and just interrupt me.I thought that was rude of her.The room services came she...

"The room was clean, Bar was closed when we got there at 10:30. The forth floor smelled like wet rug and there were a lot of drop ceiling tiles missing. The air conditioner was loud and made a strange noise every time it turned on. I only stayed one night so it was bearable."

La ropa de cama ni la habitación fue limpiada en ningún momento durante los 6 seis días de nuestra estadía. Se requirió servicio y NADA! Es una pena pues el lugar está muy bueno y céntrica, pero el servicio CERO!!!"

"The rooms were very clean. The hallways however had a smell to it, like the carpet needs to be cleaned. Maybe invest in industrial air fresheners in both halls and rooms. There was a molded orange in the bowl of oranges for breakfast. I alerted the waitstaff. Overall wasn’t bad. Across the parking lot from a mall."

"Hello 👋, We stayed May 29th May 30th we had a two and half Hour drive to Katy Mills TX. Check in was easy the deal we originally had was I believe for 1 room 2 queens around $200.00 ish dollars when we got there I asked what floor we were on she said the 4th floor so with Expedia deals sometimes you get the higher level if floors 3rd or 4th floor I was not pleased with that since we just drive 2 1/2 hours from San Antonio Tx the kids were ready to play and so I asked if we had a lower floor...
