At the time, it seemed like a minor inconvenience, and we were otherwise enjoying our stay. However, when we returned later, we discovered that the second elevator was also not working—leaving the hotel with no functioning elevators at all. This created a difficult situation for my children and me, as we were tired and had to carry our luggage up to the fourth floor. This experience was frustrating and could have been handled better with clear communication and a contingency plan for guests. While we appreciated other aspects of the stay, this issue significantly impacted our overall experience."

"That was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff were terrible, tried to con me into taking a room less than i paid for. When questioned, i was threatened with refund late in the night. The first a series of crazy occurrence at this crazy hotel. Wish there's a way i can sue them. A most terrible experience "
