"Mauvaise communication avec le propriétaire que j’ai dû relancer 3 fois et appeler pour obtenir ma facture. Peu professionnel, je me vois reprocher d’être passée pas Hotels.com et que c’est pour cela que la facture n’a pas été reçue malgré des sms de son épouse m’indiquant que la facture avait déjà été envoyée. Il aurait été pertinent de vérifier avant de me faire une réponse erronée, m’obligeant à les relancer, être ignorée et devoir les rappeler. On m’indique que cela ne fait que 10 jours mais...

"We were made to feel very welcome by the family. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and everything we needed. The en-suite was a room in itself, very well equipped; the shower was easy to use and accessible. Much appreciated too was the non-slip mat. "The purpose of my visit to Neuve-Chapelle was to visit the nearby war grave of a family member. This was the perfect place for my stay. I loved the apartment, it was light, quiet, spacious and very clean. The bedroom, bathroom and living room area had everything I needed for my stay.
