"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...

"Excellent location with regards to transit and the airport, 15minutes or less to the historical center, large rooms by European standards... I feel it offers excellent value and would stay here again for my event next year again."

"We initially booked 5 nights but extended to 7 nights!
We didn’t rent a car therefore used this beautiful apartment as a base to explore PORTO and the surrounding area.
The beds, linens & pillows were very comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.
The view was outstanding and we enjoyed wine on our little balcony, listening to the musicians below.
Highly recommend for one of the best locations in PORTO!!!

"I only give it four star because the extra blanket was dirty with the stains all over it without covers, but the room was very clean and the staff were very courteous and helpful and accommodated our early check-in. Perfect location as well "
