"We had issues with the room which took multiple conversations with the front desk and maintenance to fix- multiple apologies and excuses. In the end issues addressed. Kristen at the Front Desk was extremely helpful. The fact that the pool and the fitness center were closed was a huge dissatisfiers' Area shops are open from 10-4p and not everyday."

"My room was very clean, bed comfortable and TV good, but I was there in off season and never interacted with any in person staff. I was given a phone number to call if I needed a staff person and a code to get into my room. There was no frig or coffee maker in the room. Coffee maker was in the lobby."
