"The property was okay, but what I don’t like is, no desk staff. Much better to have a staff especially no internet on the mountain. I can’t open my files on my phone, even my phone is no signal at all. I have to drive back just to find a signal and can open my files and emails."

"We booked the accessible suite at the Golden Holiday Inn Express for a stop over on our way to Penticton. The room was perfect. The king size bed was comfortable. The toilet height was about 19 inches high, which was great for my arthritic knees. The tub was low and very easy to get into and they provided a tub mat. Armchair and ottoman were very comfortable. "Had a fantastic stay here! The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. The washroom was nicely renovated, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's also in a perfect location close to the highway, making travel a breeze. I 100% recommend this place!"
