"Since we last stayed, remodeling has continued! The breakfast room is now open and updated. Beds were clean and comfortable. We appreciated the fridge and microwave. Ice machine was out of order. Night and morning staff were helpful and friendly!"

"This is definitely an older hotel. Its location was great. Easy walk to the outlet stores and TLC Park which is especially great for kids. Breakfast was good with eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, cereal and a variety of pastries, yogurt and fruit cups. There are some areas that need fixing. The carpet by the fireplace had a spot that looked like it burnt the carpet and hurt to walk on. Pool was nice and being enclosed would be a great place during the winter."

Fairfield Inn & Suites Stroudsburg Bartonsville / Poconos

"We were camping in the Poconos when a tornado struck the area, and we lost power for 3 days. We were frantically looking for a hotel in the area that would allow us to check in early. We called the Fairfield Inn, and they were so helpful! We were able to check in around 10:00 AM and our room was perfect! They were definitely a "Port in the storm" for us!"

"Staff was nice but there were a few issues with the front desk processing things in their system to the point that I have to visit the front desk a few times. At check in, they require a $200 incidental/deposit type fee which should be refunded after your stay (assuming no damages have occurred). There is a fee per night to park in case you werent sure. Food at Timbers buffet on premise was decent and expected for waterpark resort buffet fare."
