"Be Careful Booking through Expedia! We booked a Standard Double Room with 2Q beds, mini fridge and microwave. When we arrived we were told Expedia changed our reservation to a pet friendly room which was not what I booked due to allergies. Thankfully the nice staff changed our room to one on the 3rd floor facing Harebell Rd and overlooking the cabins. Room was very clean with laminate wood flooring, however 2 Queen beds were much too soft for us and sunken in middle. Bathroom was a bit tight but...

"The property itself and the views were beautiful, and we truly enjoyed that part of our stay. However, the overall guest experience was disappointing due to the attitude and lack of accommodation from the staff. One incident that particularly stood out was when our group of four families was having breakfast in the lunch room area. Since there were multiple young children with us, a few dry cracker crumbs ended up on the carpet. We made every effort to clean up after ourselves, but some crumbs...

"Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK. The only complaint Is I wish they had spent more time and effort sound deadening the rooms. Specifically, improve the seals in the suite connecting doors. The doors to the hallway were good but the suite connecting doors let much sound thru."

"The hotel seems nice aesthetically, they put the lipstick on it to look like the mountain vibe. But the hotel is actually just very cheap. The ear plug in the bathroom was a sign. The walls are very thin, a thick curtain would be more effective. You hear everything your neighbor is saying or doing. The loudest is if the room next to you has a shower. The showers are also either way too hot or lukewarm. The hot tub was almost always closed. It works as a pitstop if you don’t plan on hanging out...
