"The grounds outside hotel were clean. Hotel is right inside the same lot area as a Harbor Freight , car wash, and a restaurant, which was ok. Everything about the room was very clean and very comfortable except.... all 3 cushions on the couch were absolutely covered in white, very fine, pet hair, which really...almost blended right in with the colorings of the couch, so maybe housekeeping just didn't see that (?). Turned cushions over just out of curiosity and there was a large stain on one...

"Your property needs some updates. The rooms are dowdy and looks unclean. You also need to actually send a room receipt when asked (at the time of departure)."

"Extremely Pet friendly with two large Dog Parks, one for smaller dogs, 25 lbs and less and another for larger breeds over 25 lbs. Waste bags were provided. The dog parks provided benches and seating for the owners. Beautiful Landscaping with paved trails too!"

"They have a kitchen in the room. Brand new building close to the airport. Clean and spacious room. Nice and friendly staff!"

"The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was the only minor disappointment. It wasn’t bad, just basic. Packaged oatmeal, cereal, fruit, bagels, donuts, yogurt. We didn’t use the pools, so can’t comment on that."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. The TV in our room was out most of our stay. I wish they had breakfast at the hotel----no coffee in the lobby----not we expected from a Nuggat property.----the staff was pleasent and helpfu."

"The room looked good at first, but when looking indepth the room was dirty. Furniture had sticky spills, towels were yellowed and bedding was worn. Worst of all pillows had blood stains on them you could clearly see through the worn pillow cases. The outside and lobby area's were nicely updated."
