"I really had a great welcoming experience with the staff in the lobby. He was very friendly and helpful. He made me feel right at home. My room was very clean and spacious. There was a pool, but I didn’t use it. I had breakfast on the go in the morning. The place had the feel of a more expensive motel chain; Loved the wood floors."

"Room we were in was very small, but very well laid out so the small space worked well. It was very clean and the parking clearly marked which was good as the hotel was full. It is right across from train tracks but with door closed we did not hear anything and slept great."

"10/10 got the jacuzzi suite and it was a great deal and VERY spacious with 2 BATHROOMS!!! If I would change anything I would include bathrobes for jacuzzi suites. There were ample towels to use but in a suite with its own jacuzzi I would expect proper bathrobes to complete the luxury experience. The free breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. It had the usual things you would expect but what I was impressed with was the self serve waffle maker station."

"This was a nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were very nice. The parking lot is well lit at night if a person has to run outside to grab something out of the car. The only thing to note is that the carpet upstairs in the hallway had a lot of stains and needs to be replaced. I will certainly stay here next time I need a room in Rock Springs, Wyoming."

"This was the last time I will stay at this property, we tried to check in early to get 1st floor rooms. we were promised rooms on ground floor or a cabin, I had booked 2 rooms, my friend went to her room and the bed had been slept in and someone else’s luggage was in the room, we had heavy camera gear, my roommate had a broken foot hence the ground floor being important. 1st staff member did not leave notes for later staff and we did not get what was promised, I have stayed at this hotel for...

"The woman at the counter took about a full 60 seconds before looking up from her monitor when I walked up to the desk. She briefly looked up and said “one moment”, and did not look up again for about another two minutes. Wow."
