"My vehicle broke down in Green River WY on July 2, 2026. Because I had a reservation at this hotel, AAA towed my vehicle to a repair company close to this hotel's location. I was tired and rather anxious when I arrived late but check-in was fine. Since I did not have my repaired vehicle by check-out time, I asked to rent the room for another night (July 3, 2026) so my daughter and I would not have to remove our things from the room. "Clean room, very comfortable bed and the swimming pool and spa were wonderful!"

"It was really expensive for what it was. $625 a night is certainly not worth it. Just a king bed with a toilet and a bathtub/ shower combo is not what I expected for that price."

"Bathroom door scraped bottom and squeaked when you opened and shut it. Staff friendliness was just so-so. Breakfast the fist day with scrambled eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy was great, second day with what I think was supposed to be small omelets. sausage patties and seasoned potatoes was not good at all. Cleanliness is what I would score highest."

"The suite is spacious and clean, though the shower attached to the bedroom is a little dingy. It has a mix of modern and older furnishings and the dresser has an odor of old wood. A luggage rack and light by the bed would be helpful improvements. I couldn’t figure out how to use the keyless lock system and never got an explanation from staff.
