We have had the same lady check us in the past 3 times and has always been a good start to our stay. I forget her name, but shoutout to her. Half price pasta Monday cannot be beat. Pool facilities are top notch. Little bit of a walk into town, but we prefer this as the property is more laid back and less chaotic than being right downtown. We are platinum members...

"So our initial room disappointingly smelled like cigarette smoke in the bathroom, the smell was very strong. We went down to front desk and the gentleman upgraded our room to one with a king size bed, fireplace, and jacuzzi tub and also a mountain view. It was very nice to be treated so well as it was our weekend away without kids so this made our weekend even more special. All the staff are so kind and made us feel very welcome. The huge family room with comfy couches, games and the fireplace...
