"Very clean well done cottages. We’ve stayed there 3 times. The location is very lovely. Our only minor complaint was we were asked mot particularly politely to wash the dishes and put out the trash. There were very few dishes so it was not a big deal. It just made our visit not quite as nice."

"It was historical. Old School type. Our room was definitely different. Bedroom nice with nice bed. Tv in bedroom did not work. Sitting area when relaxing left much to be desired. One old chair and bistro iron table and chairs. Overhead light had 1 bulb instead of 3. Bathroom has pedestal sink and no place to set anything. It was quiet and we did have a nice sleep. Good parking in back."

"The tables by the river were nice and relaxing. Our room wasn’t ready at three. We applied for a king sized bed and got two queens. The toilet seat was loose. The floor was dirty and littered. Breakfast was to start at 7 AM and we got there at 7 but a dozen people were ahead of us and we didn’t have time to order warm food."

"We were shocked at the room we were assigned at the Taos Historic Inn. It did not match the image on the site. The room smeled moldy, the carpet was awful. It had a small, old window air conditioner - unbelievable. The room looked over an alley where our view was a drunk and an addict. When we opened the old windows to see if we could freshen up the room, it smelled line garbage. We reported our experience to the hotel and Expedia. "Bathrooms desperately need a good cleaning . Check in- waited 15-20min for someone to come to the front desk. Noticed another person in the lobby working on a laptop made eye contact several times. Finally another very nice lady came rushing in to help me and answer the phones that were ringing off the hook. Meanwhile she calls across the lobby for the manager to help. Turns out the person working on the laptop was the property manager Brian. He apologized to me claimed he was so zoned out that...
