"I just finished an amazing 2 week stay here. The location is perfect, quiet but also very easy access to lots of shops, restaurants and the beach. The common areas were immaculately kept (everything outdoors swept at least 2x per day). The pool was so clean and inviting and a great central feature in the common area. "This is a tough one because the arrival was a total disaster but the rest of the stay was very nice. I'll explain, sorry it's a bit long. The bad bit first: we messaged the hotel several times in the lead up to our stay, to explain we'd be arriving late (after 1am) but they either didn't tell the night porters or the porters forgot as everything was closed up and we couldn't get into our room.
