"Every staff person we encountered from check in, breakfast, to check out was lovely. This is a family run hotel and the care taken is evident. We were there at a quieter time and they have us a complementary upgrade. The room was fantastic, great views, it was pristinely clean and the bed was comfortable (a king size no less!) "My daughters and I had an outstanding stay at Aenos Hotel and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Kefalonia. The hospitality was exceptional. The managers, front desk team, housekeeping staff, and breakfast staff were all incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome, and their kindness and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is spotless, with clean, cool, modern, and very comfortable rooms. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the Wi-Fi was fast, reliable, and worked perfectly throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. There was something for everyone, and it was a wonderful way to start the day. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Argostoli’s main square, just steps away from numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, and the waterfront. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. The hotel also offers convenient laundry and ironing services, which are especially helpful for longer stays. What truly sets Aenos Hotel apart is its people. The outstanding customer service, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel at home throughout our visit. Our daughters and I had a wonderful experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Kefalonia. The Twelve Suites collection

"I have to say that this was probably the best suite we’ve ever stayed in over many years of travelling and staying in “up-market” places. We first met our host Elenia (sorry if I’ve spelt it wrong) when she helped us with directions to get to The Twelve Suites and actually came out to find us and got in the car to take us to the car park. The Suites is easy to find but not when you have a mischievous SatNav! Elenia certainly went the “extra mile” for us - and I wouldn’t have got in the car with me! The suite itself was immaculate, looked new, fully air-conditioned, had a wrap round, spacious balcony and two bedrooms with “patio” style doors that were mirror-coated for privacy. The kitchen area was fully equipped with cooker/hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and a bowl of fruit. We met our second host Elena a couple of days after arrival. Both run the Suites and both are very friendly, efficient, helpful and just lovely people. The room is cleaned daily when it is vacated - we just let them know on our way out when we had left for the day. A great holiday with the Suites playing a large part of it. Thank you Elenia and Elena, you deserve every success! Best wishes, Barbara & Keith x"
