"The apartment was good, some comments are the bathrooms were a bit small and lacked space for things. The beds were big and comfortable but ridiculously low. The absolute biggest negative was the honking from the train station and border control area, it was all the time and really annoying especially all night and it's not short honking but people hang on to the honking, ridiculous. It was quite easy to go to the mall even though there is a big construction project next door."

"It's our 2nd time here and the experience has been awesome, as before. Super friendly staff, extremely clean toilet, comfortable bed and room. The thing that impressed us most is the ability to WhatsApp directly for any things we needed, like more water or toilet paper. Everything was also brought up to us very promptly. Only thing is we did some light cooking and the kitchen does not have enough power points, although they provided adaptor. It became crowded with the electric appliances having to place or crowd near the adaptor. And not enough utensils like plates and bowls. "Excellent stay at R&F TrexHomestay, the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was seamless and accommodating to late check-in request. The apartment is located close to the checkpoint, and there are plenty of F&B options inside the R&F mall."

"Went on a last min staycay on the weekend of 9 to 10 Jan. My family of 4 was lucky enough to get the last available Family suite. We were promptly assisted with our luggage by the staff at the reception. Check in was attended to by a smiley lady at the counter.
