"Brilliant hotel"

"Clean and spacious rooms. The only downside was how rude the dinner staff was one night when the entire room was empty and I asked to use an extra chair for my purse, as they didn’t have a purse stool. 200 empty chairs and the one I used was taken away… But, other than that we had an amazing time and really enjoyed the resort/other staff!"

"Modern feel to rooms, majority of which have a sea view from what I could see. Pool and grass areas leading to the promenade and the beach is fantastic, lots of free loungers. Approximately a 20 min stroll to the harbour area where there’s bars and restaurants. Airport shuttle needs to be booked 48 hours in advance, the form for this is on their website before arrival, fill out a paper form from reception for your return. "Very much the all inclusive. If your wanting the explore than this is probably not the hotel for you. With a pool, bar and all the bars and restaurants close by for a relax by the pool holiday."

"Never again! Dirty sheets, uncomfortable beds, electricity disconnected twice in one night where we don’t have heat. I tried to get out of my booking on the second night but they refused. Not recommended at all. Avoid if you can at all cos! "

Auch im Zimmer ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Knöpfe beim Toaster kaputt, schwarze Flecken an den Wänden..). Mängel wurden dem Personal beim Auschecken mitgeteilt und wurden zur Kenntnis genommen.
