"Everything stood out, the hotel was clean fresh, friendly. The staff were always available and visible. They helped with any requests from booking cabs, to recommending places to visits and salons. I needed a hairdresser and they got one to come to the hotel. The amenities were really good, spa, indoor pool, outside pool, beach, restaurant. I had a hot tub I. My room which was maintained everyday. Cannot fault the stay at all."

"The gentlemen checking us in didn't seem too friendly and didn't even let us know that breakfast was included in our stay. I had to go back down to ask about it later in the day. When I asked about self-parking, he just seemed bothered by my questions as well. While the hotel was nice and met our needs (and the breakfast was excellent), it was just disappointing that the service wasn't that great. All other staff we spoke with were very friendly though. "

"There are essentially two very different hotels linked in the same large complex marketed with different names. This part was quiet, with a lovely large pool, a nice clean apartment in small white washed blocks with comfortable beds and terrace. The staff was particularly helpful and Vasilis in particular was excellent. If you want you can also access the holiday ‘fishing’ village part adjacent with its large lagoon pool and water park for kids - which is marketed as a different hotel and...
