"My stay at the Red Roof Inn was overall great. The room was comfortable, clean, and the staff was friendly. The only issue I had was with the early check-in policy. I called a day before arriving and was told by one employee that there would be no fee for early check-in, but when I arrived, another worker charged me for it. That was disappointing because I was given different information beforehand. Aside from that misunderstanding, my stay was pleasant."

"It is a fantastic hotel situated on I75 for easy travel. It’s very central to metro Detroit…everything is 20 minutes or closer. It’s very affordable, clean, the staff is great and they have a little gym for cardio, free breakfast & a pool. It’s perfect."

"Had to be moved because no heat/AC, refrigerator didn’t work neither did TV. New room has AC/heat, but TV still did not work."

"Room was clean. Staff (1 lady) was very friendly and helpful. Needed a couple pillows and got them right away. Directions to the venue were a piece of cake. Parking was plentiful and we felt very safe. Definitely a good place to stay if attending Freedom Hill (Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre)"

She said I acted “white entitled” and threatened to call the police although I never raised my voice, cussed, threatened, or was abusive to her. "Hotel was decent for the price we booked it at which was $70 per night. I wasn’t necessarily impressed with the hotel but the staff were nice and helpful. It looks like the hotel wants to be modern but is yet still old. And when we arrived in our room the sheets were dirty as well as the towels we had to ask for new ones. Late checkout was aloud which was helpful."
