Das Personal macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem, extrem zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit rund um die Uhr - wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat einen perfekten ausblick von den balkons auf das Meer und wir empfanden es als sehr schön, dass man nicht mitten in der Stadt ist sondern sehr viel weniger Trubel um einen herum ist. "Boulder Garden Hotel is the most beautifull hotel I have ever been to. It is located in the middle of a forest. Except for the rooms, everything is in the outside: the restaurant is located below a huge boulder, the swimming pool is in the middle of rocks. The personel is very friendly and helpfull. The food is very good and relatively cheap (our dinner was 12 USD for two). The hotel is very small: there are only 5 or 6 rooms. So nearly all of it is there for you only. I recomend it very much. "

"Peaceful & relaxing with a beautiful beach & safe swimming. The Garden Villas were delightful & the staff genuinely friendly with good service standards. There is a lifeguard on duty who is both informative about sea conditions & the wildlife around. The birdlife is stunning. Only one small quibble in that the inner pool area could do with a bit of a clean.Other than that all good & would certainly recommend."

"For us 33 Lake Terrace was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our time in Sri Lanka. The hotel is beautifully designed, the location at the lake is so peaceful and beautiful - simply amazing. The food was great, to be able to eat on the pool terrace and walk straight out to the beach was amazing. The hotel was clean and the sfaff freinedly and super attentive. "We had a wonderful stay at Villa 80. Our room was comfy and Henry, his wife and staff couldn't do enough for us. The tranquil garden was a real haven and the pool was a bonus. We weren't far from excellent beaches and the railway station. A tuktuk was available to run us to wherever we wanted to be whether to the local market or local gardens. And the breakfasts were excellent."
