"The check in girl was extremely rude and argumentative. She didn't tell us where our room was or where the closest door to unload from the parking lot was (thankfully, we had been here before for our wedding and remembered where the entrances were and the closest to our room).
The water took almost 5 mintues to get warm in the shower and that was with the nozzle all the way turned to hot.
The phone didn't work so there was no way to contact the front desk or if there was an emergency to...

"Just what I was looking for, a moderately priced room only three miles from the Groton Hill Music Center. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was a microwave and mini-fridge.
After checking out and driving over 100 miles, I discovered that I had left an expensive item behind. Called and spoke to the owners. They said 'not to worry' we will mail out the item and you should receive it in several days. Thanks for going above and beyond."
